1. Public Relations Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement PR campaigns to enhance the brand's reputation and ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄increase consumer awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty editors, influencers, bloggers, and media networks and agencies.
Write/ adapt PR materials to support product launches and brand initiatives, press releases, product announcements.
Organize and manage press events, product launches, and influencer collaborations to create buzz around the brand.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance.
2. Advertising Campaigns Management:
Collaborate with the brands, marketing and advertising agencies to develop, adapt and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, TV, social media).
Create or adapt visually appealing and persuasive ad content that resonates with the cosmetics audience and promotes the company's product lines.
Coordinate with media agencies, retailers and brands for the implementation of paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok,or other beauty-focused digital channels.
3. Influencer Marketing and Partnerships:
Identify and engage beauty influencers and bloggers to collaborate on product reviews, tutorials, and other content.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships and sponsored content programs that drive brand exposure.
Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns to ensure ROI and brand alignment.
4. Brand Communication:
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all PR, advertising, and marketing channels.
Act as the brand's spokesperson when needed, responding to media inquiries and managing crisis communications if necessary.
5. Market Research and Consumer Insights:
Conduct research to understand consumer preferences, trends in the cosmetics industry, and competitor activities.
Use market data to guide the development of campaigns and product positioning strategies.
Analyze PR and advertising performance data and adjust tactics to optimize future campaigns.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database to track competitors' activities for future reference and strategic insights.
6. Analyze and improve:
Regularly monitor and report on KPIs for digital campaigns (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversion rates) and PR initiatives (e.g., media reach, share of voice). Continuously assess campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Spot gaps in current strategies, recognizing opportunities for optimization. Adapt campaigns based on audience feedback, emerging trends, and competitor analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools in digital marketing and PR. Engage in continuous learning through industry resources to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its communication strategies.
