Candidatul Ideal
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Experience in tourism from 1+ year.
- Experience with CRM will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the "sales cycle".
- Excellent presentation and sales skills.
- Proficient or native Romanian, upper-intermediate English skills.
- Creativity, own view, in a constant search for discoveries.
Descrierea jobului
- Sale of tours and implementation of the sales plan.
- Support ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄for the tour (checking the departure time, informing about changing details of the tour, offering additional services, communicating with the tourist, answering questions that arise during and after the trip).
- Consultations on the company's products (hotel base, specifics of resorts, excursion program, etc.).
- Booking tours and working with online offices of tour operators.
- Work with the CRM database.
- Work with the base of tourists (permanent, new) attraction and search.
