What You’ll Do:
  • Lead with Independence & Efficiency: take full control of entrusted contracts, managing them with precision and ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄independence to ensure smooth and efficient operations from start to finish.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: guarantee the timely, high-quality provision of services as outlined in contracts. You're the go-to person ensuring everything runs seamlessly according to the agreement.
  • Drive Business Growth & Client Success: champion the development of client-focused services, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction. Ensure client goals are met and exceed expectations while driving business and operational success.
  • Proactively Win New Business: pitch and submit proposals for additional work, constantly creating opportunities to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Innovate & Improve: relentlessly pursue productivity, innovation, and process improvement, keeping services within each contract cutting-edge and efficient.
  • Ensure Flawless Execution: oversee the accurate and timely completion of all contract activities, swiftly resolving any issues or deficiencies that arise along the way.
  • Master Financial Control: develop, manage, and monitor contract budgets, ensuring financial health and compliance. Collaborate closely with the Finance team to manage receivables and ensure profitability.
  • Spot Growth Opportunities: stay ahead of the curve by proposing new ideas and strategies to expand and enhance service offerings, pushing for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Stay Cool Under Pressure: handle emergencies or crises with confidence and composure, ensuring fast, effective solutions that keep everything on track.
  • Own the Numbers: take full accountability for the financial results of your contracts, from budget prep to final outcomes. Every number counts, and you’re the one making sure it adds up.
  • Build & Lead High-Performing Teams: shape the staffing structure of your contracts, working with HR to ensure your team is perfectly equipped to succeed. Plan, manage, evaluate, and reward your team to achieve top performance.
  • Authorize Key Decisions: sign off on important documents and decisions, exercising authority in line with company policies to move the business forward.
  • Ensure Timely Invoicing: prepare the right documents to guarantee accurate, timely invoicing, keeping cash flow healthy and predictable.
  • Optimize Internal Systems: use internal systems to their full potential, ensuring tasks are done with precision, quality, and efficiency.
  • Achieve Set Goals: be the driving force behind achieving the objectives set within your contracts. You’re accountable for hitting targets and pushing performance to new heights.
  • Collaborate Company-Wide: work closely with every department across the company, ensuring full alignment and support in achieving goals.
  • Prioritize Safety & Compliance: ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Your contracts will be models of safe, compliant operations, always adhering to both company policies and legal standards.
  • Deliver on Company Priorities: stay laser-focused on aligning your work with the company’s strategic priorities, ensuring that your contributions support the broader business goals.
  • Tackle What’s Needed: respond to tasks and projects as instructed by supervisors, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs.
  • Champion Quality Management: uphold the company’s quality management systems (IMS), actively promoting continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards across all your work.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5 years of contract management experience—preferably in facility management or a related industry.
  • Deep knowledge of facility management services (maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.) and how contracts drive these services.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
