How can you contribute?
As a O&M Coordinator, you have the full ownership of the entire Solar Power Plants Operation & Maintenance field.

What will be yours day to day activities?
All aspects of solar plant operations, including daily work activities, scheduling maintenance and unscheduled maintenance as it is required.
Taking part in performance monitoring using surveillance interface, grid operator interface and remote plant controls (SCADA)
Completing tasks in issue detection/diagnostics, energize/de-energize of the DC boxes, inverters or whole power plant with respect to procedures
Performance ratio and availibility analysis by using of monitoring systems
Execution of Solar PV Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance
Predictive maintenance and dispatch O&M team to carry out the correction process
Planning module cleaning and execution
Dealing with PV modules, cables and conduits, combiner boxes, inverters and monitoring systems
Following up guarantee transactions like response time guarantee, availability guarantee, performance guarantee
Taking part in back-office, dealing with performance/service reporting, working on preventive and corrective actions
Traveling to the sites and executing the given works.
Preparation of Monthly/Yearly O&M reports

What is the preferred background?
BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of experience in SPP Operation & Maintenance field
Being familiar with SPP installation and commissioning would be plus
Ability to read and understand Solar Projects’ Electrical Single-Line Diagrams, General Layouts and Grounding Layouts
Experience with PV operation and maintenance procedures, including DC systems, AC medium voltage systems, network communications
Experience with the operation of various SCADA systems
Experience with MV switchgear operations procedure
Skilled in use of testing equipment and tools such as Thermal camera/drone, I-V Curve Tests, Meggers, and Ground Fault Detection
Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and correct problems found
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), and other standard practices
Experience in working with current solar technology is an asset
Good command of Ms Office programmes
