Facility Manager

For one of our clients, an major cable manufacturer , we are looking for a Facility Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the installations in the bulding.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the technical field (installations or civil engineering);
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling ︃︅︌︁︈︍︎︂​︅︆︁︉​︁︁︎️​︈︎︂︎​︄︆︁️︎︊︄︉︈︉︉︊complex construction projects
• Strong installations knowledge;
• Property & facility management skills;
• Project management skills and budgeting knowledge;
• Organisational, communication, and relational skills ;
• Very good Excel skills;
• English language – intermediate level - advanced;
• Relocation package;
• Driving license B category.

The Facility Manager is responsible for the effective administration of the Logistic or Industrial Park, coordinating the maintenance ︈︂​︇︆​︂︃︅​︂︅︂and facility ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀operation of all equipment in the buildings, and all daily activities.

- This involves the following tasks:Maintain the relation with the tenants, reacting in emergency situations and ensuring proactive management to provide proper functionality of the infrastructure and technical-administrative issues;
- Manages the regular technical inspection executed by the facility management services provider internal and/or external;
- Keeps in touch with the users of the buildings, suppliers, and local authorities regarding permitting and supervises the mandatory maintenance according to the lease contracts;
- Organizes the procedure of warranty repairs and defects caused by use that the warranty doesn’t cover.
Always pays attention to the services and responsivities of our suppliers for a good performance of their activities (security, gardening, cleaning – depending on the season);
- Prepares and checks the calculation of the documents for re-invoicing tenants’ costs and compliance with the park management budgets for operations and maintenance;
- Always takes responsibility for the setting and refurbishment of office and warehousing spaces according to the blueprints/design/temperature conditions and representation specifically approved;
- Maintain park's property portfolio by investigating and resolving tenant requests and complaints, completing planned maintenance, repairs, planning renovations, contracting subcontractors and suppliers of FM Services;
- Organizes minor repair activities and secures property by means of security, health & safety, fire protection, and outdoor services.
- Enforcing site-specific policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
- Carries out regular visits and inspections of leased premises, and manages the quality of provided services.
