Job Description
The Office Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Help with planning and organizing events (several times a year);
• Help with checking campaign reports;
• Managing orders received from partners and preparing the necessary documents;
• Sending all packages by courier (required by the team, partner companies);
• Customer service - sending products to customers (by courier);
• Maintaining relations with the accounting firm;
• Preparing necessary documents for monthly salary payments;
• Keeping the office stock inventory up to date;
• Uploading invoices to the virtual space
• Support in any administrative tasks that arise in daily work
