Relevant hands-on experience in support: outbound/inbound calls, emails, dealing with ticket systems
Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
Strong customer-oriented and communication skills
Initiative and problem-solving attitude
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems
Basic network knowledge and experience in performing installations and system configurations

Manage a wide range of use cases from simple to complex ones: configuration, troubleshooting, software/hardware installation, Windows problems
Open cases to track it
Elaborate technical documentation if needed
Help the customer over remote access (mainly TeamViewer) in order to set up new requirements or solve problems
Help the customer to install and configure the medical device
Offer technical assistance to customers over remote access (mainly TeamViewer) to set up new requirements or solve problems
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues promptly
