Our client is the world’s largest companies of kitchen appliances and cleaning products. Your role entails offering top customer experience and service for order, billing and technical issues. You’ll have exceptional knowledge of the brand and quick thinking and top communication skills will be critical to your success.

Experience in front-office communication channels (calls, e-mails and chats).
Advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but thе ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem-solving oriented, desire to investigate and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Be flexible and adaptable to new situations.

Providing solutions regarding after-sales, order and delivery issues
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service
The work schedule: from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00, with the possibility of the working hours being extended into weekend in the future.
The first day will be at the office, this will be the Friday before the start date. Afterwards, the training will be remote.
Training: 7 working days (paid)
Salary: 5300 RON NET + meal tickets 35 RON/day
