Hybrid activity (3 days working from home, 2 days from the office once in every two weeks).

Mandatory:
- Knowledge of Romanian employment law;
- Mandatory previous experience of minimum 4 years as HR admin Specialist;
- Medium Excel knowledge;
- Previous experience in working with Charisma;
- Disciplinary investigation experience;
- Great team player;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Medium to advanced English skills;
- Experience in working with non-EU employees and IGI;
- Experience in job dissolution process;
- Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized;
- High accountability;
- Ability to work on own initiative and also contribute in a team environment.

- Administrate all employees thru Charisma HR system and other internal HR system;
- Provide guidance and support to employees on administrative requests (e.g. certificates, reports, complaints, information request etc.);
- In charge with the administration of the entire lifecycle of the employee (creating and signing with the candidates ︁all hiring related documents, contract changes, contract extension, contract termination);
- Conduct disciplinary investigations;
- In charge with individual or collective dismissal procedure;
- Resolves routine HR requests and/or escalates them as needed;
- Creating, organizing, maintaining up to date and archiving personnel records;
- Create and maintain cost centers in Charisma;
- Support ITM inspectors during control investigation;
- Prepare invitation letters for client visits;
