Candidatul Ideal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in bitumen sales for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, with a focus on bitumen, and will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and managing the sales process from initial contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Active client acquisition: Identify and build long-term partnerships with new clients, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄- Market research and analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and price forecasts in the bitumen industry.
- Commercial offers and contracts: Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, finalize contracts, and ensure that terms are met.
- Client advisory: Provide clients with detailed information on the company’s bitumen products, including types, uses, and benefits.
- Logistics management: Oversee the logistics of bitumen transportation and storage, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Compliance with legal standards: Stay up to date with local and international laws and regulations regarding bitumen transport, storage, and sales, ensuring full legal compliance.
- Sales process management: Keep detailed records of commercial offers, contracts, and transactions.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and legal teams to ensure the smooth operation of the sales pipeline.
- Customer engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, organize meetings, and present products and services to clients and partners.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the petroleum/petrochemical industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in bitumen sales
- In-depth knowledge of bitumen products: types, properties, uses, and benefits.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics: competitive analysis, price setting, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills: ability to create and close commercial deals.
- Familiarity with logistics for transporting and storing bitumen, including legal requirements.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks: experience with laws and regulations related to bitumen sales, transportation, and storage, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication skills: fluent in English and Romanian (Russian is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work 24/7 with the team when required.
- University degree in economics, business, or a related field (The University of Oil and Gas is a plus).
- Office-based role: All activities will be carried out exclusively from the office.

Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with commercial documentation: drafting contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Understanding of business etiquette and the ability to conduct professional correspondence and negotiations.
- Willingness to travel for business trips as needed.
