- To act as a point of entry for customers, for outside sales and other internal stakeholders.
- Handle all rate ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄offers and build a strong relationship with customers to understand their needs. Ensure that the customer receives the best and the fast possible service.
- Generate profitable business within a given portfolio of customers
- Generates insight on customer performance.
- Identifies opportunities to grow customer base and revenue opportunities
