In this role you will be responsible for:

Tour Booking: Handle bookings, rebooking, and confirmations of applications, including arranging ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂additional services.
Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve problem situations.
Individual Request Handling: Calculate and manage individual requests.
Partner Cooperation: Collaborate with partners, including agencies and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
Agent Support: Advise agents on hotel offerings, additional services, operational rules, and assist in website navigation.
Customer Support: Provide a support to local clients during Saturdays in shifts.

Professional experience and skills:

Higher or professional education
Experience in the Tourism Industry: demonstrated background in tourism-related work
Language Proficiency: Romanian, English
Trainability: quick and efficient in learning new skills and processes
Stress Resilience: capacity to remain calm and effective
Teamwork Skills: ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team setting.
