- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field,
- Willing to daily travel within dedicated area,
- Proven minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior in retail field management position,
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Job responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives,
- Support Area Sales Director with day-to-day field operation,
- Evaluate region and store performances,
- Report on regional sales results,
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits,
- Identify hiring needs, select and train Area Sales Directors,
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility,
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth,
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

The story of Profi begins in the year 2000, in Timișoara, and currently, we are recognized as the modern retail company with the largest geographical expansion in Romania, having over 1,700 stores present in 700 localities.
For over 10 years, Profi has been developing the “Partner Stores” project, a strategic initiative open to both Profi employees and individuals outside the network who want to start their own business with Profi’s resources and support.
