- Strategic Integration: The manager will oversee the seamless integration of the Marketing, Recruitment, and Recruitment Admin ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄teams, fostering a collaborative environment that maximizes productivity and innovation.
- Business Output Enhancement: By focusing on key performance indicators such as increasing the number of freelancers onboarded, reducing operational costs, expanding market reach, and generating comprehensive business reports, the manager will drive significant improvements in business outputs.
- Voice of the Linguist: The manager will ensure that the feedback and insights from linguists are captured and utilized to refine and enhance service delivery, thereby improving overall satisfaction and performance.
- EU Positioning: Strengthening the company’s positioning within the EU market will be a priority, with targeted strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Operational Framework: Establishing a robust, mature, and scalable operational framework will be essential to support consistent and high-quality service delivery across all functions.
- Monthly Focus Delivery: The manager will ensure that monthly focus delivery targets are met, maintaining a strategic approach to achieving business objectives.
- Workload Management: The manager will ensure that the team operates efficiently and effectively, even during periods of high demand.
- Operational Backup: Providing back-up operational support for the Recruitment Team Leader and Head of Operations to maintain continuity and stability within the team.
- Organizational Growth: The manager will support the organization’s growth by implementing effective recruitment and marketing strategies that align with long-term business goals, ensuring sustainable development and success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and/or recruitment management is an advantage .
- Strong leadership and team integration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
