Procurement & Sourcing Service​ Representative (German)

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Procurement & Sourcing Service Representative – German.
This role is a full-time & remote position out of Romania. It is a 2 year fixed contract. You will have the great opportunity to partner with internal & external stakeholders and customers located across different countries in the European region.
This role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries regarding third-party orders. You will support the ordering process in line with achieving business targets and essential KPIs.

What we’re looking for:
•Preferably a Bachelor's degree, focused on Business or Economics
•3+ years in a fast paced, customer focused environment
•Preferably a background in Biopharma or Laboratory environment
•At least B2 knowledge in English & German as absolut must

Skills and competences:

•Experience in Order Management or/and Customer Service
•Experience in working in a multinational company environment
•Previous experience in SAP is a big plus but not required
•MS Office, especially MS Excle is a big plus

Our Market Source team for Procurement & Sourcing Service consists of 13 people divided in 2 teams with 2 Team ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀Leaders.
The team is responsible for communicating between different internal & external stakeholders and is crucial for our operations.
You will serve as link between customer, procurement and warehousing.

What you will do:

•Order Management (adding a variety of products to customers orders)
•Review the purchase requisitions for goods/services
•Update and maintain vendors database
•Source and negotiate the product with the supplier& check if suppliers are eligible for orders
•Pricing and delivery costs based on contractual agreement with each client (ZLST, ZPSP etc) & verify/coordinate article Master Data
•Complete requisition status in all ERP Systems including those provided by the clients, such as Ariba
•Troubleshoot & monitor requisition flow, including post sales corrections – keep customers, vendors and stakeholders updated on open requests and complaints management (e.g. Germany - C4C)
