Candidatul Ideal
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Procurement Analyst with Italian!
As a Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for production launch planning for a large car manufacturer, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time according to needs and factory stock levels.
Required skills:
- University degree;
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP;
- Fluency in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ensure communication between Alten teams and plants;
- Maintain communication with suppliers and ensure that orders are ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︃delivered in a timely manner according to plant needs;
- Collaboration with all involved teams for production launch planning.
- Using various tools to check the status of the process and the reasons for changes.
- Animating and managing meetings from start to finish;
- Write minutes and summaries of meetings with customers/suppliers.
