Junior Procurement with French

YOU NEED:

• Minimum 1 year of procurement

• Experience in complex supplier negotiations including preparing and administering Long Term Agreements (will be a plus)

In this role, you will be responsible for all activities related to all Indirect Manufacturing spend for our plant in France and Swiss. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure that PO's are raised in time, suppliers are chosen with best cost/quality ratio, procurement policy and commodity strategies are followed in full compliance.


Key Jobs Areas Of Responsibilities

• Purchasing of Services and Products part of Purchase Services
• Managing end to end projects, taking into account price, quality, payment terms and delivery, ensure compliance and continuity of products and services within category in line with process and systems on Indirect Procurement
• Executing suppliers selection process
• Provides input to commodity to support supplier prospection needs identification
• Preparing and updating pricing information in Coupa/SAP
• Defining and executing first level of actions of gap closure plan (capacity & productivity)
• Supporting Commodity organization to reach the Region negotiation objectives
• Handling logistics / capacity / quality issues in the region as the first sourcing interface of plant supply chain & Quality
• Interface with internal stakeholders to determine requirement, implement and execute sourcing strategies
• Implementing Mitigation action plan in the Region
• Supplier scorecard - Managing supplier performance activity, propose improvements
• Achieving savings and other key metrics, as outlined within Procurement Goals
