Procurement Analyst with English

• Prior experience in Procurement.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Experience in Interaction with the client both over e-mails and conference calls as necessary.
• Experience in interaction with Vendors as necessary.
• High level of Customer Service and Quality Orientation.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.

• Receive Purchase Requisitions (PRs) notification in central inbox;
• Review PR against a defined set of criteria and datasets to validate:
• Forward PR email notification to the right procurement approver;
• MI and reporting, including:
• KPIs tracking, including handling time, taxonomy corrections, etc.;
• Review buying request forms (BRF) in Assyst against policy criteria;
• Load the BRF details to Coupa (using all details provided in the BRF);
• Create initials supplier records in Coupa (using details provided in the supplier form).
• Check and approve Create New Vendor / Extend Vendor requests
• Manage the Procurement Mailbox
