Job Description: Maintenance
Collection of equipment data
Analyzing the collected data
Defining specific activities to reduce downtime and costs
Collaboration with technicians and electricians to carry out the activities
Collaboration with the departments: Production, Quality, Process to improve production processes
Maintenance of equipment and installations in working condition
Carrying out preventive maintenance activities together with the technicians
Determining the need for spare parts for current and preventive repairs
Analyzing the failure mode and establishing corrective measures
Analysis of the maintenance activity (down time and costs)
Definition of corrective measures to reduce down time and spare parts costs
Providing instructions on adjustments and training mechanics and electricians to improve the maintenance activity
Job Description: Facility
Manages the real estate portfolio and is responsible for construction projects, acquisition and sale of real estate properties and ensures that the use of resources is optimized and sustainable from the point of view of costs, transparency and efficiency. (With support from HQ)
100% Local Facility Management:
Responsible for the technical and structural facility site services to ensure continuous and legally compliant operations at all Innomotics locations in Romania
Responsible for ensuring site-specific services such as: Facilities reception services, Technical services (e.g. compressors, transformer substation, water heater, lighting, centralized heating system, access doors, elevator, ventilation system), Provision of utilitie, Guard and Security Services, Cleaning services, Disinsection, disinfection, deratization services, Green space maintenance services, Snow / de-icing removal services, Relocation services, Renovation services
Contact person for Regional Security Management.
Support in the implementation of technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with relevant specifications.
Control and documentation of the structural and technical condition of the locations.
Implementation of preventive measures to avoid disruptions.
Development of improvement and savings potential with regard to the technical, usage-specific and economic optimization of the existing properties
Responsibility of coordination of project management with external and internal project participants (including general contractors, construction companies, architects and other planners, experts, etc.) as well as ensuring their contractually agreed performance and performance of the client function
