Ensure the proper functionality of facility operations, including building maintenance, security and installations under safe and cost-efficient conditions.
︃︁︃︈︆︉︂︁︄Initiate the scheduling of repairs, maintenance, and other facility services.
Track and report by maintaining accurate records regarding timelines, costs, and any warranties for maintenance, repairs, services, and supplies.
Maintain high professional standard relations with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Assist with obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts for facility services.
Ensures compliance with legal norms regarding the confidentiality and security of data and information.
