Junior Marketing Specialist – Branesti,Ilfov (Hybrid work)

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in a related position with similar responsibilities
• Languages: Knowledge of both Spanish and English is a plus
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office package (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Campaign Experience: Marketing campaign management
• Analysis and Management: Analytical and management skills
• Proactivity and creativity
• Internal and external customer orientation
• Writing and synthesis skills

Main duties:
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
Supporting the development and planning of new projects
Create ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈high-impact presentations
Conduct market research
Capture trends
Continuously monitor marketing campaign performance
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals


Other information:
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in the office in Brănești)
Transportation provided between Bucharest and the Brănești office
Transportation is provided from Bucharest to Brănești via a company-arranged bus.
Hybrid work model (flexibility to work from home two days a week)
