Junior Land Acquisition Specialist

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and good email communication skills

Negotiate and purchase agricultural fields
Review work from suppliers (topographers, notaries, lawyers), control incoming documents, and file them
Oversee the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄intabulation process of purchased fields
Draft contracts (e.g., rental agreements, supplier contracts)
Travel to city halls, notaries, field owners, OCPI, and tax offices to collect necessary documents
Carry out specific projects and research
