Previous working experience in a related commercial proposal type role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
Knowledge of Salesforce and XAIT Porter systems would be an advantage
Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint software

To improve profitability & enhance competitive advantage by accessing optimum contract rates & commercial terms with new & existing ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀clients across area of responsibility
Receive all Request for Quotations (RFQs), acknowledge their receipt & log them onto both Salesforce.com & Bid Enquiry Log
As a decision support role, prepare forecast of project P&L (Bid Evaluation Report- BER) & analysis to support pricing decisions
Support with other BERs & business case within the Region as required
Ensure that the preparation & submission of Bid Evaluation Reports for approval is undertaken in a timely manner & in compliance with company DOA
Liaise with relevant Sales or Client Account Managers & formulate RFQ responsibility matrix
Liaise with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics & other appropriate internal departments for area of responsibility
Co-ordinate timely responses from designated parties for inclusion into RFQ document
Compile Commercial quotations & submit to Client complete with relevant signatures/documentation. Ensure document content is accurate, visually appealing, delivered to rigid deadlines & in compliance with BD QMS.
Guide the Commercial Analyst responsible for Quotations to maintain a Quotation archive and register
Generate Monthly Business Development Reports & supervise month-end OBL report/analysis which will be performed by the Commercial Analyst for ESSA
Conduct Revenue Assurance & BER Audit for the Region as required
Present monthly the quotations raised & how pricing is being uplifted through the BER process
Supervise the Commercial Analyst & offer guidance where required
Research & liaise with Treasury Compliance to report on the fiscal probity of clients new to Expro
Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery policies, procedures & processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained minimising exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation. Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure colleagues are aware of Expro's compliance requirements & feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest
