Commercial Coordinator

Essential Knowledge & Experience:
•Solid experience as a commercial coordinator.
•Fluent in the local language and good command of English.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
•Pharma sector experience in Commercial operations.

Educations/Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree with administrative-oriented subjects or equivalent.

The Opportunity:

As a Commercial Coordinator in Romania, you will support the daily operation of the Commercial, Marketing and ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︆​︆︄Sales organization and cross-functional activities with other company departments. You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.

Key Activities for this role:

•Supports implementation of tactical plans, commercial activities.
•Coordinates the flow of approval of commercial activities and its appropriate documentation.
•Follows-up budget and invoicing.
•Offers support to organizing external events, and congress.
•Assist marketing events preparations, including venue selection, invitations and meeting logistics.
•Carry out compliance-related tasks (in particular, but not limited to ongoing compliance monitoring), ensure the accuracy of the annual transparency report, as well as the transparency report submission.
•Ensure support for project management related to commercial plans.
•Manage storage and distribution of promotional materials, keeping a track of all promotional materials

Additional Information:
•This is a permanent, full-time position.
•This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Bucharest office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
