IT System Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or related role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory or Entra AD, including user and group management, Group Policy, replication, security best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Experience with backup systems.
• Experience with LAN and switching administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automating tasks within Active Directory/Entra AD.
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies is a plus.
• French or German language represents an advantage.

• Work alongside our central CoE in St Louis and support in the design, implement, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈complex IT systems and networks.
• Manage and monitor all system installations, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, applications, and system management tools.
• Implement and maintain strategies for system backup, security, and redundancy.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT support staff and other departments to resolve technical problems and ensure efficient system operation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices.
