IT System Administrator

• Microsoft Domain and Operating Systems;

• Experience as Service-Desk agent;
• System and/or Network Administration knowledge and/or practices;
• Experience in an international company;

• Ability to produce synthetic technical documentation and/or reports;
• Available to travel to our subsidiaries;
• Good communication skills.

• Baccalaureat diploma - minimum required;
• Be fluent in English;
• French is a plus.

• You will be in charge of end-user’s workplace management, network connectivity and first level support on local IT equipment;
• You will be the focal point of contact for IT Infrastructure team based in Gosselies for all Infrastructure topics;

• Support users, whether they are on site or working remotely for requests and issues; 1st level of problem solving
• Manage their equipment: computers, workstations, workshop tablets, tokens, phones, mobiles and subscriptions;
• Manage local printers, videoconferencing equipment and display screens;
• Manage local IT/OT connectivity requests and/or issues: cabling and first level network activities;
• Analyse, resolve and document cases into the ITSM ticketing tool; 1st level of problem solving
• Diagnose and report infrastructure issues to headquarter IT team, manage first level activities, do problem management with root cause analysis when applicable;
• Manage local assets lifecycle with Gosselies team, from provisioning and imaging to decommissioning and manage CMDB update;
• Be our first contact for communications to end-users relating to IT practices and services;
• Document installations and activities;
• Closely work in collaboration with the headquarter IT team in case of technical escalations;Optional activities for future development
• Manage client software installations, updates, uninstallations and licenses recording;
• Manage users’ creation and revocation, access and permissions for AD, M365 and some applications as SAP;
• Propose realistic and pragmatic solutions to improve local IT services;
