Junior Linux System Administrator

• Knowledge of System Maintenance and Administration on Linux
• Knowledge of Linux Installation and configuration
• Knowledge of ︉︄︈︄︍︄︍︄ ︂︆︄︅Web servers Configuration & Database Administration
• Familiarity with Virtualization solutions
• Previous experience as a LINUX system administrator (Linux debian/CentOS) - minimum 2 years of experience in an enterprise environment
• Ability to communicate fluently, clearly and concisely in Romanian & English (interface directly with internal and external clients and support)
• Client-driven approach & Service oriented attitude
• Flexible and proactive attitude, team oriented
• Handling confidential information in a discrete and responsible manner
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
• Familiarity with network infrastructure
• Ability to work well on various projects

• Capacity to develop independently on an assigned task
• Any Linux certification

• Handles platforms software updates
• Monitors the existing servers and proactively reacts to alarms
• Provides support for applications/servers Level ︁︈​︂︂︆​︂︁︄​︁︁︀2 problems
• Deploys new servers according to the installation procedures
• Creates scripts, debugs, and documents application programs and systems level automation
• Writes technical documentation to describe the installation, maintenance and update process
• Implements solutions, enhancements and configurations based on existing platform
