IT System Engineer

- University degree in IT;
- Working knowledge of:
*Microsoft Windows Server
*Microsoft Windows Server roles (AD, DNS,WDS, DHCP, IIS, GPO,etc)
*Server Hardware, storage and connectivity
*Virtualization technologies (VMware,etc)
*Backup technologies (Veeam or EMC Backup & Replication)
- Hardware skills / experience (PCs, laptops, printers,smartphones, servers, monitors, phones, etc);
- Software skills / experience (Windows troubleshooting, File and Folder Security);
- Networking skills / experience (cabling, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wireless AP, network devices);
- Working experience with CISCO equipment (switches, firewall, routers); considered as an advantage: experience with SD-WAN solution (Fortinet)
- Experience in large IT infrastructure (minimum 2 years);
- Experience with a variety of Microsoft desktop software products;
- Experience with access control systems
- Experience with ticketing system;
- Being able to multi-task while keeping a commitment to quality;
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.

- Hardware/software administration and maintenance on IT infrastructure;
- Install, maintain and upgrade software systems to perform optimally;
- Install, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄︁deploy and maintain new IT hardware and software;
- Proactive maintenance of Production/Office PC/Servers;
- Purchase IT hardware/software/services;
- Provide support on specific software to users (ERP software, HR attendance software).
-Document processes and technical procedures
-Test new technology
-Manage and track IT assets
-Respond in a timely manner to user issues and requests
