HR Manager

• Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
• Act as a liaison ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄between management and employees, addressing requests, grievances, and other concerns.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
• Facilitate current and future business requirements by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining talent.
• Create and evaluate comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Administer a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
• Maintain and manage the compensation and benefits programs.
• Identify training needs and oversee the application and monitoring of training initiatives.
• Provide management with HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards in all human resource practices.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR Executive role.
• Strong people orientation and results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and analytics.
• Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
• Ability to design strategies complemented by strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
