HR Generalist

We're seeking a proactive HR Generalist to lead our Human Resources Department. In this role,
you'll oversee daily HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring our
workforce remains motivated and productive. Your responsibilities will include managing office
operations, implementing training programs, and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency
and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes and new hire orientation programs.
Develop and implement employee training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Conduct detailed HR reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with teams to improve work relationships and productivity.
Perform administrative office-related tasks to support operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
3-7 years of HR experience, with knowledge of compensation, ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︃performance management,
and employment laws.
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking
Ability to motivate teams and to manage several projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of English language
PC literacy.
