Descrierea jobului
- Plans, coordinates and monitors the activity of the subordinate teams so as to ensure that they respect the internal ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀procedures and contractual terms;
- Organize the cleaning activities;
- Coordinates the maintenance activity of the installations and equipment related to building; reception of the visitors;
- Responsible for the supply of products / required consumables in performing the coordinated activities;
- Optimum use of the material, financial, patrimonial and human resources for his area;
- Responsible for the contractual commitments to the customer;
- Responsible for quickly and efficiently solutions of the complaints relating to quality of services;
- Identify ways to develop services offered by the company in accordance with the needs of allocated area and communicate them to the company management;
- Identify the potential partners of the organization;
- Liaises with clients in contractual issues;
- Is responsible for an efficient communication for the coordinated teams and manage conflict situations;
- Follow and controls permanently the efficiency and the quality of coordinated team;
- Make proposals for improving the coordinated activity;
