• Ensuring operational activities related to MOL Romania's car fleet, office buildings and warehouses in accordance with MOL Group and MOL Romania procedures.
• Coordinating the write-off / sale procedure for small value and fixed assets of MOL Romania.
• Performing operational tasks (coordination of car fleet administration, facility management services, ordering and replacing cleaning products, protocol products, furniture) in collaboration with external suppliers, ensuring the most efficient cost management.
• Monitoring administrative and operational costs, suggesting measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Management of contracts within own area of responsibility (office maintenance, utilities, furniture, etc.), payment and operational costs efficiency.
