We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Commercial Director with expertise in strategic coordination of extensive commercial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s business channels, including Corporate (focusing on the Enterprise area), Trade-In, E-commerce B2B, Sourcing, Wholesale, and Distribution. This role requires an exceptional leader, capable of effectively collaborating with channel managers to ensure strategic and operational implementation of corporate initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the telecommunications, technology, or related sectors.
Proven competencies in strategic and operational management, with a strong focus on business development.
Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team management and productive interactions with business partners.

Analysis and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and periodically report to the board of directors, providing detailed analyses and data-driven recommendations.
Policy development: Collaborate with management teams to formulate and implement procedures that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Negotiation and contracting: Manage strategic contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the national and international expansion of the product portfolio.
