Commercial Account Manager

• Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients from Romania and designated EE Countries,
• Identify ︃​︁︅​︁︄︇​︆︅new business opportunities and develop plans to achieve the results,
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements,
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing our solutions,
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams,
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust,
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships,
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast,
• Participate in the weekly Group internal meetings,
• Participate in international exhibition, conferences, and other specific meetings.

• Experience in similar position,
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels,
• Organizational skills, good organizer with time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and working efficient,
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation with focus on final result,
• Experience/familiar in working with specifics of the public sector and tender legislation/documentation,
• Bachelor degree,
• Fluent in English (other foreign languages are a plus),
• Driving license B,
• Open and able to travel inside and outside of Romania.
