Business Analyst at Tribeca Knowledge Ltd.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. You will be instrumental in analyzing and documenting software business requirements, developing our product knowledge base, offering support to our clients from the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and ensuring the highest quality of our software products. You will be working out of our Cluj office alongside our software development and quality assurance team in a hybrid work format.

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and Writing of Software Business Requirements: Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document business needs and requirements. ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications that guide the software development process.

Writing Product Knowledge Bases and Release Notes: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including knowledge bases and release notes for software products.

End-User Online Support: Responsibly manage user inquiries and issues through online channels, ensuring prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance to enhance their experience with our software.

Product Quality Assurance: Participate in QA processes to ensure the software meets all quality, security, and functionality standards.

Project Management. Support the team in writing project reports and proposals.

Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks in software projects and information security and help develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

• In depth knowledge of information system matters
• In depth knowledge of organisation administrative business processes
• Knowledge of business analysis tools (Jira, Confluence, diagramming tools)
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile)
• Knowledge of UX and UI design best practices
• Knowledge of information security systems
• Proficient in preparing and writing reports
• Ability to prepare and deliver high level presentations
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Capability of collaborating in an international/multicultural environment
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork
• Degree in business, computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis
• Experience developing software systems for pharmaceutical companies CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis)
