Assistant Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- English language - advanced level;
- Skilled in planning and in executing administrative activities;
- Very good computer skills.

Personality profile:
- Good communicator and good team player;
- Increased attention to detail;
- Organizational skills;
- Disciplined, proactive and diplomatic.

Responsabilities typically include:
- Coordination of front office/ reception/ registry/ secretarial activities and work with the public;
- Elaboration and ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀drafting of documents and reports required by management;
- Daily management of the administrative office agenda and, as the case may be, of the interdepartmental work agenda;
- Ensuring operational support (contractual negotiations, orders, supporting documents) in relation to the company's general service providers;
- Organization of travel arrangements and the processing of travel documents for company personnel;
- Carrying out various tasks of a logistical & administrative nature, namely the organization of events, work meetings or other internal or external business trips.
