Ideal Candidate

  • Understanding of the principles of outsourced contact center operations: experience in customer support.
  • Organizational skills: high self-organization, discipline, punctuality, responsibility for the team.

  • Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service.
  • Management experience: at least 2 years as a Senior Team Leader or similar position.
  • Knowledge of English - at least B2.

Job Description

  • KPI analysis and improvement: analysis of key performance indicators, development and implementation of improvements.
  • Team management: maintaining efficiency and identifying risks that may affect the quality of work. Development, providing feedback, 1:1.
  • Managing work schedules: communication with the analytical department to ensure proper coverage, weekly schedule adjustments.
  • Communication: high level of interaction with internal teams.
  • Preparation of presentations: skills in creating presentations, delivering them.
  • Organizing meetings: Conducting the necessary meetings to ensure clarity of processes and team efficiency.
  • Financial reports: submission, tracking and control of working hours, salaries and bonuses.
  • Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to newcomers.
