Ideal Candidate
- Understanding of the principles of outsourced contact center operations: experience in customer support.
- Organizational skills: high self-organization, discipline, punctuality, responsibility for the team.
- Team approach: focus on team results and elimination of inconsistencies in work.
- Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service.
- Management experience: at least 2 years as a Senior Team Leader or similar position.
- Knowledge of English - at least B2.
Job Description
- KPI analysis and improvement: analysis of key performance indicators, development and implementation of improvements.
- Team management: maintaining efficiency and identifying risks that may affect the quality of work. Development, providing feedback, 1:1.
- Managing work schedules: communication with the analytical department to ensure proper coverage, weekly schedule adjustments.
- Communication: high level of interaction with internal teams.
- Preparation of presentations: skills in creating presentations, delivering them.
- Organizing meetings: Conducting the necessary meetings to ensure clarity of processes and team efficiency.
- Financial reports: submission, tracking and control of working hours, salaries and bonuses.
- Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to newcomers.
