Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support leadership role
Strong understanding of support tools and platforms, including ticketing systems and live chat solutions

Experience designing and implementing scalable support processes
Knowledge of iGaming regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on support metrics
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to player satisfaction
Excellent communication skills with a player-first mindset

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Build the Support Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled support agents to meet the needs of our growing player base
Develop Support Processes: Create efficient workflows, escalation procedures, and knowledge bases to ensure consistent, high-quality support
Tool Implementation: Select and manage support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat) to optimize ticket management and communication
Player Experience: Ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to an exceptional player experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the support team to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale
Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to identify and resolve recurring issues and improve the player journey
Reporting: Analyze support metrics and provide regular reports on performance, player satisfaction, and areas for improvement
Compliance: Ensure support processes comply with regulatory requirements and promote responsible gaming practices
Scalability: Anticipate growth needs and develop strategies to scale the support function effectively as the company expands
