We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Operations Team Leader to manage our daily IT operations and ensure top-quality ︉︇︄︍︈︋︋️​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎IT support within our company. This role will involve supervising, establishing measures, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and rules.
The IT Operations Team Leader will also monitor, control, and support IT service delivery, ensuring all activities are properly coordinated and resolved efficiently. This position reports directly to the IT Service Delivery Manager or IT Service Delivery Director.

Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (preferential).
Experience:
  • Over 3 years of experience leading support teams.
Certifications:
  • ITIL Certification (preferred), Project management certification (is a plus).
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in hardware and software installation and configuration.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, MS Office, Active Directory/Azure AD management, LAN/WAN networks, and antivirus software.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and patching.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and project management for implementation initiatives.
Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helpdesk Management: Plan and coordinate daily activities, manage the team, and act as the escalation point for issues.
  • Local Support Management: Oversee Field/Local Support and Staging teams, manage incident, change, and problem management, and ensure continuous improvement in tasks and processes.
  • Implementation Management: Lead the implementation team, plan resources, and monitor effectiveness.
  • General Management: Interface with requestors, manage ticketing tools, analyze incident trends, and recommend actions to reduce incidents. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
