- Manage and monitor warranty claims
- Coordinate technical teams for interventions and repairs
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Document and report issues and implemented solutions
- Collaborate with design and execution departments to prevent recurring problems
- Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations
- Adhere to and apply the company's internal procedures in all activities
