Ensure efficient management of warranties for construction projects, maintain client relationships, and coordinate technical teams to resolve issues during the warranty period.
- Manage and monitor warranty claims
- Coordinate technical teams for interventions and repairs

- Document and report issues and implemented solutions
- Collaborate with design and execution departments to prevent recurring problems
