You are a passionate UI/UX Designer with relevant experience in creating impressive digital experiences and delivering exceptional user interfaces for both web and mobile. Ideally, you have experience in a similar UI/UX role within a tech or product-focused company, showcasing strong design leadership and strategic thinking. You have a proven track record of creating impactful user experiences, enhancing product usability, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Job
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate user needs and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll create user flows, conduct research, and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation. This role will allow you to directly influence the user experience by developing design systems and presenting solutions to stakeholders to drive consistency and innovation across our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user ︃︁︆︈︂︂︀︈interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions.
Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain and develop design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Translate complex processes into intuitive and accessible experiences.
Present design solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end frameworks is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design choices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
