Requirements:

• Have knowledge of medical equipment;
• Experience in medical devices, electronics, electromechanics, installations, construction, etc. - is an advantage;
• Proficient in English (written and spoken);
• Driving license - B category;
• Adaptability, flexibility, honesty and perseverance, people management skills;
• Proven experience of leading teams;

Responsabilities:

• Have good connections with doctors and suppliers, records of equipment according to National Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices in Romania’s rules;
• Be responsible ︈for the proper functioning of medical devices, maintenance, and the prevention of possible mishandling accidents;
• Be responsible for the schedule of revisions according to the manufacturers' rules, contracts and legislation;
• Coordinating the activity of spare parts orders, ensuring the maintenance contracts fits into the allocated budget;
• Be the liaison between the equipment manufacturers and internal medical equipment users ensuring the training sessions are performed;
• Take all measures to prevent all risks associated with the use of the medical and non-medical equipment
• Current and capital repairs (quotations, checks construction reports, verification of work stages, verify receipts, final stage reception and confirmation);
• Environmental policies support (reports, checks, controls);
• Waste policy, installation policy (medicinal gases, check utilities), responsible for coordinating the driver’s activity;
• Responsible for ensuring administrative measures during the winter and during the heat wave;
• Responsible for the proper functioning of all equipment and devices;
• Responsible for the functionality of internal installations;
• Linked with the competent authorities;
