Descrierea jobului
• Support tax compliance process of affiliates and branches in multiple jurisdictions. Liaise with external tax advisors, review ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀draft returns, summarize findings and conclusions
• Collate information for and support the preparation of local transfer pricing reports
• Support quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) tax reporting under US GAAP, including preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax packs
• Liaise with other internal functions and stakeholders (Controllership, HR, Legal, etc.) concerning tax matters and projects
• Support ad-hoc tax projects related to M&A activities, restructuring, intra-group financing, profits repatriation, etc.
• Participate in review of client and vendor agreements from a tax perspective
• Assist in obtaining tax residence & other tax certificates, filing WHT applications
• Handle inquiries from tax authorities
• Track and follow up on legislative changes
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant work experience in taxation
• Good communication skills (in writing and speaking) of English
• Proactive attitude to identify and analyze problems, to make logical, fact-based decisions
• Openness to new concepts and ideas, willingness to learn and use new procedures and technologies
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent time management
• Professional, emotionally mature and ethical, social skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles and types
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work on strict deadlines in a dynamic/fast paced business environment while being a good team player
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in international tax matters is an advantage
• Prior experience in tax reporting under US GAAP is an advantage
