You will play a crucial role in providing technical support during the preparation, installation, upgrade, and system testing process maintenance. You will create professional technical documentation for both internal and external use. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to evaluate, select, roll out, and support the best off-the-shelf tools to enhance team productivity.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and:
• solid knowledge of testing techniques;
• advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
• proven experience in DevOps environments, preferably focused on cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
• advanced knowledge of Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes;
• proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• experience with monitoring tools and practices.
• strong knowledge of relational SQL and non-relational (MongoDB) databases;
• excellent communication skills in English;
• advanced use of MS Office;
• very good attention to details;
• stress tolerance;
• stress resistance;
• strong teamwork skills;
For easier understanding of the application business, it would be very helpful for the new member of the software testing team to be familiar with the retail industry.

As a System Integration Engineer at PSS - Prosoft Solutions, you will be part of the testing team, working on ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈international projects focused on an application suite installed on POS systems in retail stores.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to configuration management as part of the software testing process, ensuring that the retail software applications developed by the company meet the highest quality standards.
We will be involved in long-term international projects, utilizing Agile development methodologies.
