Statistician

• Proficiency in English;
• Proficiency in Excel and SPSS;
• Other computer skills: email, internet;
• Analytical thinking and thoroughness;
• Curiosity about data, attention to details and responsibility for meeting deadlines.

• Prepare sample files: select respondents based on pre-defined criteria, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂transform file from spss to excel or reverse, adapt header to request, populate variables as per instructions etc;
• Prepare pre-defined outputs about survey samples: progress reports, merge data from different sources and formats, recode data etc;
• Export data;
• Build and prepare recurrent reports: propose solutions for how an indicator could be calculated, implement calculation, prepare reporting about said indicator, adapt calculation when needed etc;
• Build and maintain survey log data; spot opportunities for automation and recommend alternatives.
