We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our workforce is engaged, productive, and well-supported.
As part of our facility management company, you will handle recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance—helping to keep our people running as smoothly as the buildings we manage.

Key Responsibilities:
What We Offer:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for facility industry roles (blue and white collars)
- Administer employee benefits programs ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︇︁︂︈and assist with payroll coordination.
- Support employee relations, address workplace issues, and guide policy adherence.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manage HR reporting (turnover, performance metrics).
- Assist with performance reviews, career development, and training initiatives.
- Recruitment experience
- Person who is interested in HR trends and wants to grow together with us
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail, organized and structured person
- Romanian is a must, advanced knowledge of English (regular communication with colleagues in the headquarter),
- Solid knowledge of MS tools (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR systems and register REVISAL is an advantage
