Global HR Services is looking for a Social Media Manager for a client in the gambling industry.
The mission here is ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︃to manage the strategy and content for the social media activity of the company, with focus on video campaigns.
The role is on-site, in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9:00-18:00.
Experience
- Experience in social media (minimum 4 years)
- Experience with managing video campaigns
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- University degree
- English fluent
Competences & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and content creation.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team environment effectively
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for planning the strategy for social media strategy and content.
- Oversee and manage our company's presence across all social media platforms.
- Manage video campaigns.
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with our brand voice and drive engagement, growth, and sales. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals;
- Identify target audiences and develop content strategies to engage them effectively.
- Monitor and adapt to social media trends, ensuring our brand stays relevant and innovative.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) for social media platforms.
- Oversee the plan for social media calendar
- Community Engagement:
- Supervise the foster relationships with followers
- Research, plan strategy of content creation, engage with influencers to build partnerships and campaigns according to marketing objectives.
- Manage online reputation.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, growth, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign performance.
