MTM Engineering have exciting opportunities for Site Administrators to join our growing team and work on numerous Tier 1 projects throughout Europe. This role will be based on site, operating on a 3/1 rotation.

- Manage, control and co-ordinate and daily issuing of project specific documentation
- General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
- Assist QA/QC department uploading records to internal/client databases.
- Work with the Site Supervisor to approve annual leave/site hours and update trackers accordingly
- Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
- Adhere to health and safety and environmental standards
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
- Work on the basis of rotations - 3 weeks at work, 1 week at home
- Full training provided
- All travel provided – flights & transport to the workplace
