Site Administrator

• Excellent Administration skills
• Very strong demonstrable experience with using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage a diverse workload and work in a fast moving environment providing accurate and timely information to a high standard
• Understanding of maintaining confidentiality
• Great communications skills both written and verbal
• Positive and flexible approach to work and the team

• Manage, control and co-ordinate and daily issuing of project specific documentation
• General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
• Assist QA/QC department uploading records to internal/client databases.
• Work with the Site Supervisor to approve annual leave/site hours and update trackers accordingly
• Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
• Adhere to health and safety and environmental standards
• Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

• Work on the basis of rotations - 3 weeks at work, 1 week at home
• Full training provided
• All travel provided – flights & transport to the workplace
